User Agreement

1.  本預購服務協定「服務」受電子商務服務條款及細則（統稱為 「條款及細則」）的約束，電子商務服務條款及細則通過引用納入本預購服務條款及細則。除非在本條款及細則中另有定義，否則下列字詞將具有電子商務服務條款及細則中賦予的定義。

   This Pre-Order Service Agreement (the "Service") is subject to the E-Commerce Service Terms and Conditions (collectively, the "Terms and Conditions"), which are incorporated by reference into these Pre-Order Service Terms and Conditions. Unless otherwise defined in these Terms and Conditions, the following words will have the definitions given in the E-Commerce Services Terms and Conditions.

2.  通過使用本服務，顧客同意受本預購條款及細則以及私隱政策的約束。如果您有意使用本預購服務或僅使用本預購服務作流覽，請在使用本預購服務前仔細閱讀本預購條款及細則。通過使用本預購服務或其任何部分，您同意您已閱讀本預購條款及細則，並且接受並同意受其約束。

   By using this service, customers agree to be bound by these pre-order terms and conditions and the privacy policy. If you intend to use this pre-order service or only use this pre-order service for browsing, please read these pre-order terms and conditions carefully before using this pre-order service. By using the Pre-Order Service or any part thereof, you agree that you have read these Pre-Order Terms and Conditions, accept and agree to be bound by them.

3.  本預購服務取決於第三方賣方的生產情況。當顧客的預購商品可供取貨時，我們將通過短信通知顧客。

This pre-order service is dependent on the production status of the third-party seller. Customers will be notified via text message when their pre-ordered items are available for pickup.

4.  我們於顧客指定的商業營業時間內，排送顧客預購商品到指定的地點。

   We will deliver the pre-ordered goods to the designated location during the business hours specified by the customer.

5.  顧客同意我們將收集顧客的手機號碼，以便顧客能接收預購商品收貨提示及最新的送貨信息。

The customer agrees that we will collect the customer's mobile phone number so that the customer can receive delivery reminders and the latest delivery information for pre-ordered items.

6.  預購商品的銷售就貨存而定。

   Sales of pre-order items are subject to availability.

7. 一旦顧客的付款確認後，將不提供任何預購商品的取消、退款或換貨服務。

Once the customer's payment is confirmed, no cancellation, refund or exchange service will be provided for any pre-ordered items.

8. 本預購服務中展示的所有商品均為第三方賣方所銷售的商品。我們不會對商品的規格、質量、保證作出負責或任何其他承諾。如有任何與商品相關的問題或查詢，顧客應直接聯絡賣方。顧客同意我們可將顧客的個人資料轉交給賣方，以便處理顧客的訂單。

All products displayed in this pre-order service are products sold by third-party sellers. We will not be responsible for the specification, quality, guarantee or any other commitment of the goods. Customers should contact the Seller directly if they have any questions or inquiries related to the products. The customer agrees that we may transfer the customer's personal data to the seller for the purpose of processing the customer's order.

9. 我們不會對顧客預訂相關的任何間接或相應損失承擔責任。

  We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses related to a customer's booking.
